This is the worst company i ever seen.. There is no proper traing, there is no job security, there is no career growth, there is no salary increment after probation period, too much of partiality to their friends, there is no chance for learning new skills, work enviornment is like a jail, no freedom and too much of rules, there is no proper manpower. and there is no benifts.. esi,pf contribution of employee and employer are taken from workers salary (example: salary of worker= 15000, esi,pf= 2400, bonus = 500 so total 2900 taken from salary and finally worker get 12100rs.. And lot of words to say... un experienced General manager etc... totally its not a company.....Read More
