Toxic culture, head office in India is in Gurgaon and the expectation is to be Hindi speaking or else you will not be given importance. Long working hours, redundant manual work and a culture that is reluctant to change. Despite of slogging countless hours you will not be valued or appreciated.

Lala company culture. You won't feel working in corporate. If you are good in pleasing boss than you will be good. Diffrence of opinion are fatal. Politics is very high. Company is in down cycle . Job cuts are frequent and they stopped employee engagement experience i.e. diwali gifts, get together, other benifit.

Till last year the company was good with some perks and benefits but this year they have started with layoffs in a big way. Plus the profile doesn't match with the kind work offered.

Favouritism. Plus layoffs this year. All major perks like free transport have either been removed or have been made paid. Company is not in good shape and is mostly cash strapped

India management have no idea of key decision taken in London. India management say something but opposite happened from London. FIL is going with crisis and will not recommend to anyone.

There is a significant communication gap between the India management and the London management. However, key decisions are driven by the London team. Due to cost pressures, the London management exerts undue pressure on employees, often leading to unprofessional treatment that keeps them in a subordinate position.

This place made me suicidal and started making me question my self-worth as a person. - Office politics in every department. - Favoritism towards certain employees. - Pushed to my absolute limits and still scolded for being unproductive. - The management made me start questioning my self-worth on a professional level. - They make you think that you are not doing enough and start comparing you to their favorite employees. - You get burnt out sooner than expected and are almost always on the verge of an emotional breakdown.
