ANR provides a highly supportive work environment where everyone can learn and grow. Senior colleagues are approachable and always willing to help. The Management is transparent and approachable, promoting open communication and addressing employee concerns.

At first, the workload can feel a bit overwhelming (not always) during production issues and projects. However, this challenge turned out to be a blessing in disguise. The demanding environment pushed me to sharpen my skills and manage my time better.
