Issue lies with CEO Mr Shekar. He thinks women aren't good with numbers and only there to be a wallflower. No consideration of employee opinion and full burden on employees to bring new business. Employee turnover extremely high, in my years I have seen people leave between 1 day to 1 year. No one stays further than that. Behaves inderogatory way with all employees. CEO thinks he is doing a favour to women employees by hiring them and expects them to praise and flatter him in return for his "talent". To anyone considering working here please do not be swayed by his words in the interview, the work culture quickly turns very negative and sexist.
