Dislikes

Behaviour of HOD's. Some HOD's have no vision they are very much confused what to do and don't have proper knowledge. No Work life balance. Some times you have to seat beyond working hours just for oil polishing to bosses.

On time Salary Few good folks at the top management who are easily accessible and helpful. If you get a chance to be the favorite then you will get along with them.

Forcefully imposing their culture on their employees Toxic Culture at times staying till late is considered a virtue unorganized way of doing things pathetic infrastructure orthodox hierarchy
