Worst politics.. Specially Ravi namboori and some directors worst management. Played favouritism and threw hardworking people. Ruined career of so many people. Hired in bulk just to show his numbers and fired in bulk without even thinking once. Haywire management and employee expirence team. No value. CTC is not employee friendly.

Nothing. As ELT is clueless about company visions and the direction they are taking forward. All they say is be proactive, but they are not have any visions and bluntly lie about developments in the company.

1. Working in Annalect, contract from Omnicom Media Group also the experience certificate too. Omnicom Media Group being a big 4 brand I don't know how can they put up with something like annalect, but it's their one of their ad agencies. Around yours peers you will get to do the same work as everyone does

Cut-throat politics, even AD, D, and VP levels, have left just after joining. There is no collab between teams [seems purposefully] and no proper delegation by leaders. Some Managers and D levels have no reporting employees under them. Hire and bulk lay-off culture. They gave you the salary as you except and having good work and life balance because from one year there is nothing to do work. They don't have work for there employees. Eventually Layoffs was starded. Every day policy has changed.

Overall an average organization, not too good - not too bad. If I specifically talk about skill wise there's not much to learn, mostly work based out of MS-Excel and Dataroma and if you are someone who like to keep updating your skills than this is not the right place for you. Worklife balance is there but that is also depend on your project.

Dislikes

Being in the market for over 10 years, still the culture is like as if we are working in startup, nothing is organized. Delay in appraisal letters and bonus is a normal thing here. They hire people with good skill set but end up deploying them in a basic project of Reporting or visualization.
