Offering Good Package for freshers and experienced.

Dislikes

All are gone well before they implement the Hybrid work policy. They are now forcing employees to work at the office, which I found unfair. They should have been given the flexibility to choose their option.

I joined a top MNC digital marketing agency in December 2024 as a Paid Social Associate with 1 year of experience. My CTC is 3 LPA, plus a shift allowance of 72K.
