Everything is a dislike. Salary never comes on time; every month, 15 -20th, you have to wait. First they will pay Nurses, then house-keeping, then rest of the dept—a weird policy. HR is the worst, with a high attrition rate. You will end up doing others' work. There is no value in working this organisation, your work experience is a waste no other good healthcare organisation will consider you. If you have no health insurance, you will get an offer and appointment letter after many months. You have to beg for salary slips, No canteen facility, nothing is there, they are just taking investors' money and creating new branches.
