The company is open to innovation and we get many opportunities to proove ourselves. This has been a wonderful place to work with. My team lead and Manager were very supportive. I felt bad to leave the comany as I got relocated to out of hyderabad. Comapny has Friendly atmosphere, decent work floor and comfortable work shifts especially for Female employees. Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. Managers do not value an individuals, unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals.
