Hey folks! This is Ayush. If you are looking up this production house then let me tell you, this is a great place to work. I read some reviews down here saying that they called for interview and said that a course should be done. Words failed you man! I came here for interview as an editor, was offered production training and now i am working here for 4 years. So the positive here is that instead of bluntly rejecting they are polishing and then offering the job. It hurts when someone maligns the image of my production house and hence the long review. The company is not like ones I have worked for earlier... This is not like a job... U enjoy doing the work you do and hence the output reflects that. There is pressure from the top to produce the work on time but that is healthy pressure... The Management is very thoughtful and considerate... Employees are not treated as mere staffbut as co-workers. I would love if my salary increases to what I want but I would not leave this place for any other, where I don't get what I am getting here even if the remuneration is high....Read More
