Have to rely on Team lead's autonomy. HRs don't show concern towards the employees. Worst exit management I have ever seen in my career. I genuinely did not want to quit this company, but thanks to the management for handling things in the worst way I have ever seen in my career. Even in my previous organizations where I had hardly done some work and remained for 5 months, the HR used to ask why I wanted to leave, and if I wanted any role switch and so on. But in this company I have worked sincerely for 2+ years, and the HR didn't bother to speak to me to listen to my concerns. I wish the CEO Mr. Raghavan or the COO Mr. Loganathan get to see this, as I doubt if they are even aware of how the HRs are dealing with critical situations w.r.t the employee concerns. No good HR would have handled the situation that pushed me to get relieved from the company. I even asked if I could switch to a different team, but I was told it wasn't feasible. The company is going through a tough phase financially, so I guess they wanted to cut down the cost by desperately kicking out an employee! I wish no good for the company anymore!
