Everything is fine there payments staff payment and labour payments are on time very discipline time and work labour are all good behavior. The quality of product are high quality. and I teach very thing there. I love the fact that I am a part of the team

Dislikes

I am there in post of general manager but as a general manager they give a poor salary the work pressure is very high I haved to 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend clients call in the evening and late to night. The owner do not value us his behavior is not good and I did not get any weekend

Generally my work is slightly challenging as I have to look after the entire product manufacturing as a supervisior after 3 month I have promoted to gm

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
