There was no culture for supporting staff,they are demobilise many staff during covid-19.There was no increment and no growth,no matter if you have loyal,maintening ethics.if you discuss with the management about your problem then they didn't listen. Very worst experience with this company. there is no benefits for field employees.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
