There is not a single thing except salary credit on time to admire. The worst work culture I have come across in 6 years of experience, the whole office is involved in HR politics. Nothing to learn here you will become a gadha here who just follow boss order because your opinion will never matters. Any time management can ask to extend your shift time for an hour even if there is no work to do or you have finished your shift timing and all alloted work because everyone is sitting. This organisation continue its hiring cycle for every position not because they are expanding just they are so much toxic nature that not a single person can survive. The worst part is lack of office basic facilities there is only 1 toilet cum washroom for 26 people and HR will taunt you every time if you wait for toilet near the gate. If this is the only one option you can work then only I will suggest you guys to work here.. I forgot to mention that they can fire you any time if you raise any questions or concern without any communication and if later any company come here for BG verification they will say everything negative about you....Read More
