There's nothing to like about.
Their target is huge and responsibilities and expectations are high. You're payable to company if any human error happens from your end. They want speed and will not let you leave/log off until you complete the target no matter how ill you are Or what time it is. I use to work till 11-12 at night. My shift was 7 in the morning. Theywill irritate you at that extend where you will remain helpless and then they will tell you to leave without even serving notice period. If you are willing to serve notice period you'll die out of target and your health will affect. Don't join this company if you looking for future growth. I haven't yet got another job till now just because of this company. This company is the biggest mistake of my life. This lack of support raised concerns about employee welfare. Difficult Customer Interactions: Even with the training provided, many customers were challenging to handle.
