Good work environment. Team members and lead are supportive and help in all together growth which helps overall.

Dislikes

Salary is not that great. Lot of new joiners are getting decent salary but the older ones who have more experience are not paid properly.

Work Details

The job is very good. I have learnt a lot in my current profile. If you do well you'll definitely get an opportunity. My manager specially is very supportive and very rarely you'll get such helpful manager.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

No salary hikes and bonus. All Saturdays are working

Working timing is morning 8.15am to 5.30. So it's good

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
