Corporation is innovative, seed techonolgy itself intresting. Being a person from village, i was very close to seed development and verities of breeds they develop. As a consolidated employee there is no growth, but as the core resource to prepare HRMS system during the re-organisation phase it was very creative and challenging work culture and environment i like verymuch.

Dislikes

Corporation is growth oriented and scope to learn many things, but the consolidated employees are the one handle the division. I personally handled the division inword to outword(dispacth) many times in my service. Because at that time state reorgnisation is under process.

Work Details

Its very intrested, My work is multi-tasking as i have supporting to whole devision regular employees. Like Inword, leaves, conversions, drafting, editing, Pay-fixation, greivence handling ....to dispatch.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
