I did excellent work for initial 25 years.Handled naxalite problem all through. Detected sensational case.Imroved community policing .Created a good image of the police.

No.I was satisfied with the appreciation I received from public.

Work Details

The job was quite challenging. I had very good training in SVPNPA and in-service training courses abroad.I got a chance to wear multiple hats and worked in various capacities.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
