Company colleagues were extremely helpful, training material, P&ID's with adequate field training was emphasized. As it was a continuous plant, a new challenge would arise almost everyday, compelling to think. As i was an apprentice there for a year, I was handed stipend of 15k/month. Dislikes

There are a few lazy people in the plant who slow down the work of many others resulting in a chain of problems and delays in jobs.
