Only one thing that they pay on time , except this they don’t have a proper work culture.

No work culture . Dirty office politics. No respect for seniors. Because they don’t do this practice. Threatening the employee to spoil their career for future. Respect, senior or junior. Gives false allegations about the employees and their integrity. The only good thing about Anarock is they provide good salary and that too on time.

Except salary, there's nothing to like about the company. They will treat you as if you're their servants. The VPs and AVPs are so dominant that they don't care about you at all. Anarock doesn't have a good culture at all. They expect alot from freshers as if they are so experienced and even experienced are not able to fulfill, then how freshers will do. Not a good place for freshers.

Work culture and managerial support is awesome. Apart from compensation everything at Anarock is good

Compensation/ package here is not that great as expected and as said from other employees. Sales pressure is there but manageable based on your manager. If you're lucky to get a supportive manager you are through.

Worst higher level management. As they dont know. What is going on at the base level and just keeps on putting immeasurable pressure. With near to no marketing cost and bad marketing team. They will want you to work as a local road side broker.

I worked in kolkata . Mr Arnab before that Mr samrat were there . They ask everyone to do forcefully resignation . Mr Arnab vice president too badly behaved and also Mr Soumojit ceo was little bit okay but rest all are bad and they do dirty politics that's it .

Senior Management is biased and very unrespectful, will never recommend a fresher to go here. Hire people on retainer ship and never make them permanent, 0 job security and take so much work from him without bothering to think of putting him on payroll despite.
