The work culture is very good. People are very helpful. Working hours are as per the official time.

The scaling up for the business target does not meeting up the expectations due to poor operation and lead generation. Learning and development on ground was not there.

Probably the head office looks good and rest is just like any other channel partner broking firm. Also the coffee (thank god for ccd to get me over those annoying trainings) Lot of free to complete your pending personal work Anuj puri is a great leader

Dislikes

Absolutely no growth. Even promotions makes you do the same work, incentives is a myth as even a 5x business will be pushed to different quarters as per the team lead. No learning. You will start off by working in mandates you will end up working in mandates. HR doesnt have any powers nor want one. The hr will throw you tothe wolves if your team leads says anything for you. The hr wont investigate nor look into matters as to how to help a person who is struggling....Read More

The juice is not worth the squeeze. Its a company where you feel the urge to work hard and give your best coz thats what anuj puri would like and want that kind of employees. But trust me its not worth it.
