We've to enter our name in a register for each time we use the toilet. The reason for this is to ensure that the who has spoiled it? And if you keep it wet, you will be told that you have left it wet in crowd. Ridiculous humiliation. The organization is into Rural Sanitation! The organization has good potential but managerial attitude is the constraint. They say they are a NGO and pay peanuts and expect you to do anything and everything!! It's more of a Lala company. If you have anything else to do with your job then you would join. Otherwise it's frustrating. I was pursuing higher studies and always focused on performance hence I was able to keep cool.
