No culture for the employees activity, gathering, no celebration, no festivals, etc. No promotion to employees and no intention to retain employees and giving devasting salary to new employees who don't justify even their salary. An organisation with excellent work culture with professional staff handling various important functions. It is a growing organisation combining social impact and commercial with genuine work to improve the lot of poor focusing on welfare of women at the bottom of economic pyramid. Has a great future.
