No pressure on doctors to bring patients. Salary comes but as usual it's a couple of months late..but it will come.
Dislikes
Less growth potential as a doctor on long term. It's located 15 km outside Udaipur and pts you treat are mostly rural with very less financial back up so can't offer them good treatment which comes at a price.
Management as usual is very political and doesn't allow you to grow.
