Their basic concept is wrong. There's no place for talented people at all. If the person is related to top management in anyway like mother tongue, hometown like etc things

In almost two I didn't find any career growth at all. It's completely wasted my experience. they all following 1950's technology now. There's no way to smart work.no proper training.
