The thing which I felt is a lacuna here is unavailability of Employee transportation and canteen services.

I joined here as quality Engineer trainee. As a fresher, I had to struggle a little to fit to the system and work with flexibility. I learnt everything on the job. Internal trainings helps in empowering my knowledge.
