I was shown the door on February 2, 2017, which I subsequently found out was due to nepotism practised by my boss at the features department. In each of the six years preceding my exit, I was the highest performer in the dept in terms of stories published. Yet I had to face the flak for which they were not able to show me any reason. But by throwing me out they did more good than harm to me. I am now the editor of the Kolkata edition of Indulge Magazine brought out by The New Indian Express Group, one of the leading national dailies....Read More
