I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Almost everything. Company is not SOP driven. Filled with junk management with no capabilities to take a business or initiative forward. Old school mentality and outlook. No young and enthusiast can over cope up with this school & outlook. People who are a part here and surviving over a long period have done go not by merit but withother fringes.
