Nothing is like about this company ( Lala Ki Dukaan). Total Fraud Company. Owner Prem Chawla Blocked your Number when salary time comes. They are Financially very poor and total bankrupt company. No system, No protocol,No professional Attitude. All the rules and regulations comes in to the picture when the salary time comes. Owner is a Fruad Person. He Comes to office at 1PM than does pooja for 2 hrs, then from 2:30 to 5 he takes interviews of the candidates, he then spends half and hr in the evening discussing about business, then again goes for pooja. He spends most of his time on various legal cases he is fighting, he shouts , scolds his employees and treats them like his servants. cameras have been out up at the top of employees desk and the owner's wife monitors the activities from the set which is kept in her cabin. They recruit the employee in the mid of the month between 15 to 20th to ensure whenever employee leaves he has his days salary due with the company. The entire philosphy of the compnay is built on false promises, to their customers and employees. Don't deal with this company as an employee or customer its a trap in which you shall surely loose your money....Read More

Management has good vision for company. Hard work is respected by management. Those who fail to perform are the ones saying bad things about company. I have been with this company since the past 7 years and never faced any issue because i perfrom and my sales figure speaks for my hard work. Company also rewards me in various forms for my sales figures

The so called CEO has no basic manners how to talk with female staff. At the time of interview he talks like no one in the world is sweeter than him. No ethics. Doesn't allow females to talk to each other. Camers are always on your head. Gives salary after 2 months. Worst experience. Recommend you to never even attend the interview. Don't waste your time.
