I like everything about Anand ICE specially Management.

Dislikes

Principal and Vice Principal of this college are very incapable person. Both are doing politics. Few faculty members are in favour of Principal and few are in favour of Vice Principal. No value of work. If you are doing excellent work and you are giving your best there will be no value.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive. The management many decisions are not right, the management discriminates in the evaluation of employees. Everything else is fine. It is not good at increment. Company policies are average.

Everything i like about Anand, I was in Computer department in 2015-16 and my colleagues was very cooperative. Management is also good and they take care of their staff.

Dislikes

some non-technical person are also there and they are very close to management as they told us in meetings and the worst part was that they even threaten us . they don't know the spelling of engineering and they taught the staff that how you deliver the lecture, even in front of our Dir ector Prof. Anurag Mishra who is own-self an engineering college . except these all things are good in Anand. I was worked in 2015-16 and this is the one of best organization i worked . all are good , staff is very cooperative and management is also good , they take care of staff. and negative thing i already mentioned above . Good engineering college in raj.
