Likes

Working as a part time faculty I had job satisfaction & security both . My skills were polished as I got to have students who were at good positions .

Work-life balance - Excellent

Dislikes

Only problem was salary was delayed by some days every month .

Work Details

It was a routine & stress free work. Flexibility was maximum

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Avoid procrastination by staying focused on goals and prioritizing tasks. 4. Focus on personal growth, rather than comparing yourself to others. 5. Set clear boundaries and prioritize tasks to maintain productivity. 6. Maintain a polite and friendly demeanor, even in virtual interactions. 7. Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
