The company provides plenty of opportunities to grow and develop new skills. The work environment is positive, with helpful colleagues who are always willing to support and collaborate. Seniors are approachable and provide guidance, making it easier to navigate through tasks and responsibilities. Their support creates a comfortable space for learning and improvement.

Dislikes

I would not recommend working here anyone who values their time, mental health, or career growth. The work-life balance here is non-existent. Management expects you to work overtime almost every day, with no regard for personal time. Managers will blatantly call you to come to work on holidays with no regards for your personal life.The pressure to meet unrealistic deadlines is overwhelming, and instead of support, management only adds to the stress. No matter how much effort you put in, there is zero appreciation for your hard work. However, if you make a mistake, a long list of documentation is waiting for you. Salary-wise, the compensation is nowhere near fair considering the excessive workload. Being a fresher apprentice, your salary will never come on time and the government part of the salary is delayed by 2 to 3 months at times. On top of that, you can be thrown into any random department based on company needs, without any regard for your skills or career aspirations.
