The company is extremely co-operative with employees as well as walking people. I love the fact that I am a part of a company that market reliable , high quality products and has a wide range of people associated with this world wide. The marketing team is extremely understanding and helpful at any time. The company culture is also very good , everyone has a friendly behaviour.

Dislikes

Compensation is not satisfactory and promotion is not at all . Being a off-payroll contractual employee , we have to face discriminations all the time . Moreover, I have to attend telephonic calls in a continuous basis that seems to be like call centre. No growth regarding performances. Knowledge gained is not satisfactory.
