Would suggest only hardcore analytical background candidates to apply. This company has a good culture but demands a very good knowledge about marketing analytics and performance marketing. If growth marketing is your passion and career choice, then it is the place to be!

Dislikes

Limited support for a candidate with low technical knowledge. Might struggle to get the hang of things and would be found clueless very often.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
