The environment is casual and friendly, making it easier to come together and work as a team. Training is given to newcomers so you're not left feeling out of depth. Work life balance is average, at times you're really swamped with work but that's how agencies across the country work. There is a huge scope for learning and developing a career. The only drawbacks I see are unsatisfactory appraisals in monetary terms. But if you're willing to put all your time and effort, it pays you well eventually. Maybe the company could work on doling out better appraisals. Don't see any flaw besides this one.

Work Details

Hectic for sure but if you like a good challenge every now and then, you won't mind it. I've had a great learning experience and actually looked forward to going to office every day.
