Only work in this company if you want to spend your whole life and get retired from here with some useless benifits. Totally waste of time, experience and life...

Job security - Excellent

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics here and the management doesn't address your issues. Salary increase every 3 yeas and not decent, also career growth is zero. There is bond of 3 years that you have to survive here atleast for 3 years. And after that no other company will take you, because your experience history becomes useless. After resign you have to get continue on job for 3 months you can't leave early because every time HR and Admin department refuses your early reliving application. Pathetic working condition and pathetic lifestyle. You have to do all things for work, eat and maintain it .. no body will help you......Read More

Full time struggle and waste of time. No knowledge growth only work load and load given by you superiors. Only time pass and get retired from here.

Disappointing Interview Experience with D.E. Shaw

I recently interviewed with D.E. Shaw, and it turned out to be one of the most draining experiences I’ve had. The interviewer’s approach felt unnecessarily harsh and dismissive, which made the entire process uncomfortable. At multiple points, the interviewer asked me to drop off the call, even when I tried asking basic questions about the designation, job description, and other details. After the interview, I found myself sitting there for a few minutes, trying to process what just happened. It left me questioning the overall tone and professionalism of the interview. Definitely not the experience I was expecting from such a well-known firm.
