AMTECH is R&D based manufacturing company and open to adopt latest technology. I like the fact that I am part of TeAmtech.

Compensation is good but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high unnecessary created.

Work Details

Due to limited area and Price support for perticular priduct rating range, my work is challengeing to achieve assigned target. Due to magic and luck, i can achieve 70% to 80% target.

Only appraisal is the thumbs up point, apart from my colleagues who were more like a family

Poor upper management, no employee friendly policy/culture. Upper management consist of a single person. He is purely a dictator, with no moral/ethical values.

I have learnt many things at Amtech. Our team was also very good. Only thing that bothered me was no appreciation at all. I could see myself nowhere 5 years down the line. No growth prospectus
