The company is open to innovation and readily adopts the latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets a reliable, high-quality national client base. As a result, I get to travel across pan India. But on-site travel is completely dependent on your project and the client's locatiuon.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
