I work in pune as an HR & Admin officer. The reality that I got to interview with everyone on the team was the best aspect of the process . Interviewing not only managers but also candidates for the same position as mine made me feel as though everyone's opinions mattered equally, regardless job title.

My boss offers my team and I, A great deal of freedom to act however we see fit. We are never micro managed , atleast not in my opinion.
