Salary will be credit without any delay. That's the only thing acceptable in this organization.

Poor work culture and they don't trust their employees and treat them as a slave. Any one voice out any concerns will be immediately terminated without any prior information it's because it was given to the wrong person. No ethics followed by the HR team. They send out the employee on their own without even referring the polices like I said earlier decision Making authority was given to the person who don't fit the posotion. There are few seniors who can assist you well and very supportive. I would not suggest to the people who can start their career and the well experienced people because they do not follow any ethics over here.
