There Management Sucks, everything is controlled by a group of persons who doesn't know the meaning of hospital. Employee Growth is poor here, Polities lies in every decision. As a team people tries to short the work and collab so that they can implement process fast but in amrita hospital people work totally different here they tryto delay as much they can. No good increament, extra hours duty, diagnostic 25% only,if you do 2 hours duty so,no over/c/off and if you get late or early departure 11 minutes so you half day marks no cover your extra duty hours,if you want one day leave you have to three PL leave apply no cL apply, maximum leave lepse every,no any leave pay after clearance, no benefits of leave.

This is the worst Hospital , joining Amrita hospital Faridabad is the biggest mistake of my life ,very biased management they don't even respect their staff less pay and more workload they don't give preference to the seniority, i won't recommend anyone to work here , it was a terrible experience of working at Amrita hospital Faridabad
