Seniors, incharges, as well as supervisors all are supportive. No unwanted phone calls after shift ends or in leave days. Secured job if you haven't done a huge mistake. Eventually your seniors will be there to cover up (From reaching HR) the incidence if possible.
You've to work like hell. Too much extra duty, over duty, double duty, no leave. Nothing. Only work like hell. Get up- go to hospital- get back from hospital- sleep- repeat 🔁, just forget your name, your family, your personal life, everything.....

Working at AMRI Hospitals was initially a ok experience fighting the existing system of lobby and old employees where I had the opportunity to develop and implement brand-building strategies. However, my journey ended on a bitter note during the COVID-19 pandemic. Despite working diligently on brand upliftment, the management failed to appreciate the hard work, resulting in an unjust termination when I refused to return to the office while most non-medical staff were still working from home. The work environment was undermined by internal politics, particularly from the Marketing Officer, Mr. Pala. He repeatedly obstructed my efforts, stole ideas, and used them as his own, effectively halting the implementation of my strategies. Even though some of my ideas drove significant profits for the hospital within six months, they were scrapped because the CEO, Rupak Barua, prioritized personal vendor interests over results. His leadership was more about playing political games than making sound business decisions. It’s unfortunate that such politics and self-interest overshadow true efforts. Talented employees who drive success are often pushed aside, while those who engage in manipulation thrive. My time at AMRI Hospitals was a lesson in how management politics can stifle potential, regardless of one’s dedication and success.
