You've to work like hell. Too much extra duty, over duty, double duty, no leave. Nothing. Only work like hell. Get up- go to hospital- get back from hospital- sleep- repeat 🔁, just forget your name, your family, your personal life, everything.....

Lack of Appreciation: Despite diligent efforts and measurable success, there was no recognition or support from management for hard work. Unfair Treatment During COVID-19: During the pandemic, I was unjustly terminated for refusing to return to the office while most non-medical staff were still working from home. This demonstrated a lack of empathy and fairness.
