Before integration of Manipal Amri was no 1 Hospital in Bhubaneswar as well as odisha good culture with good environment but after integration with manipal pathetic situation is creating day by day

New HR head of Manipal Hospital (Amri hospital) is the worst HR I had ever seen if any staff go to the HR department for problem solving she just told you that you'll discuss with your manager, No dressing sense with 0 knowledge

Previous this work please is good and friendly, currently very much poor quality work place especially department ( new department manager behavior , language is very much poor and low quality)

Approx last 2 years new maintenance manager Handel's department, his behavior, language is very much low quality, he try destroy family relationship. Work related right wrong is not matter, his telling is final decision , when his decision is wrong that time he bleam some one department incharge is wrong this type he created blame game and misuse his position. Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
