Recently terminated without any reason, local head with HR form a Nexus to collect perk from employee to provide job and for that reason they terminated old loyal employees without any reason, paycut 60% during covid period. Opportunity for Strategy Development: AMRI Hospitals provided a platform to develop and implement brand-building strategies, allowing for some creative ideation and professional growth. Impactful Contributions: Some of the strategies I implemented yielded significant profits for the hospital within a short span of six months, which was personally fulfilling.
Toxic Work Environment: The workplace was heavily influenced by internal politics, particularly from the Marketing Officer, Mr. Pala, who consistently obstructed efforts, stole ideas, and took credit for them. Poor Leadership Decisions: The CEO, Mr. Rupak Barua, prioritized personal vendor interests over proven results, leading to the scrapping of successful strategies. Leadership seemed more focused on political games than fostering business growth. Lack of Appreciation: Despite diligent efforts and measurable success, there was no recognition or support from management for hard work. Unfair Treatment During COVID-19: During the pandemic, I was unjustly terminated for refusing to return to the office while most non-medical staff were still working from home. This demonstrated a lack of empathy and fairness. Conclusion: While AMRI Hospitals offered some opportunities for professional development and creative input, the toxic work culture, internal politics, and lack of managerial integrity overshadowed these The organization prioritizes personal interests over employee well-being and business growth, making it an unsuitable workplace for professionals seeking a fair and supportive environment. My experience serves as a cautionary tale about how management politics can stifle potential and demoralize dedicated employees. Recommendation: I would not recommend AMRI Hospitals to professionals who value transparency, fairness, and a supportive work culture. Seniors, incharges, as well as supervisors all are supportive. No unwanted phone calls after shift ends or in leave days. Secured job if you haven't done a huge mistake. Eventually your seniors will be there to cover up (From reaching HR) the incidence if possible.
You've to work like hell. Too much extra duty, over duty, double duty, no leave. Nothing. Only work like hell. Get up- go to hospital- get back from hospital- sleep- repeat 🔁, just forget your name, your family, your personal life, everything.....
