Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Only one things without information intimated while there is not single my folt here is a culture if any site terminated by any reason while terminated due to late salary management blame spoke executive or operation executive while responsible salary, uniform, tools many more things I noticed require to balence it
