I joined this company as RSE in Imagine store. I learnt the product pitching which is the core element in any sales. Our main duty here is to attend customers, give proper demonstration, maintain leads and closing the sales with cross selling of accessories. Learnt lot - product knowledge, sales pitch, building rapport with customers, maintaining key relationship with customers to make them visit again. Vishnu Haridasan was my reporting manager, humble, always smiling, thorough gentleman. Knows how to handle senior management and lead the team. Even though colleagues were competitive in the retail floor off the store, made some good buddies including the manager. In my opinion this company is run by Senior Cluster managers Sreejith sir and Priya madam who are very close to the retail field and to the top company authorities. Company CEO can surprise and visit any time. 5 day working per week, 1 full day off, 2 half day off. Punctuality - yes at most expected and respected. Come on time , leave on time. Little pressure on RSE’s to sell accessories, because that’s what we are paid for. Overall manageable. Full and final settlement clearance in 4 days after notice period. Even after resigning the company, on time credited incentive amount 👌🏽. Most companies only pay incentives if you are on the roll at the time of incentive cycle. This company is relatively much better than most company in every aspect. If I have to point a con - I guess for every other internal job designation they consider only experience sine qua non. At least given an opportunity to appear IJP exam process, would be better, since they are not a start up I guess they are not interested.
