Having paid holidays , sick days and personal days is also crucial part of feeling happy with work.

It's just that I am not rewarded enough for the work. I didn't like even my manager who put other things in daily meeting instead of work whatever I made vital kaizen for saving the time and help to accurate result I informed time to time but they never appreciated me and gave my wrong feedback to operation manager of cable assembly. The operation manager called me at the same time he said that about my leave some bad thing happened in my family because of him my leave longer. I explained to operation manager but operation manager asked me different questions at that time which was not really professional Questions he didn't see me when I was work and said tha I have never seen in final Quality I was shocked I didn't like that. 2nd question operation manager said that which your friend in this organisation.
