Bad HR policies (not at all employee centric), Organisation politics, Hierarchy

Work Details

Work life is relatively okay, but the policies are not conducive at all. Despite being a 17 year old organization, they haven't developed proper processes. The company runs at the whims of a selected few, who engage in petty politics.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
