If you want to experience a hanging sword syndrome , then this is the place for you. Life in Ampersand starts with constant fear of job loss , and worst - fear of being humiliated. Have seen people from all walks, turning to “survivors mode on” in this company. Totally appalling and disgusting attitude of the owner which percolates to his direct reports.

Dislikes

Continual burden of micro management on you to micro manage your team - and of course, you will be micro managed by your reporting manager or the owner. You would need to behave like a obidient dog to survive the assult.
